Work Experience

I have worked at RBC since May 2022. There I worked with Credit Cards and also worked collaboratively with other teams to implement a number of regulatory requirements and also to integrate the credit card experience into other flows, such as Personal Deposit Account Opening for assisted and self serve.

While initially brought on as a Content Designer, I quickly started having an impact on both Interaction and Visual Design. This led to me being brought in as a Product Designer for a number of projects - some related to Proof of Concepts and others related to immediate business needs.

Card Offer

Self serve capability to allow existing clients past 60 days and have no credit card products to receive a credit card pre-approval offer.

Wallet Provisioning

Led this project alongside Product. Launched as part of a co-branded card partnership. Bank provided the capability for users to sign up for this co-branded credit card and immediately after approval, they are able to add the card to their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Card Activation

To help clients transition seamlessly from one bank to another. Provided a capability for clients to pre-activate their credit cards, so they would not experience any disruption on LD1 with their credit card use.
